Dear Molly,
I lIve at 5500 Hlghbanks Road, down the street to the west from the proposed
Dwyer/Eureka Development
I am opposed to the development for the followmg reasons,
1 There IS already too much traffic on Hlghbanks Road Your traffic engmeers
might mdlcate that there IS suffiCient capacity to handle more traffic, but they do
not lIve on the road and do not have to try and eXit the road when the school
traffic IS commg and gomg and people are gOing to work Tills IS a major road for
all the people IIvmg to the east to get onto 1-105
2 The City of Spnngfield should not crowd people together That IS exactly what IS
gomg to happen Ifthe City allows the Dwyer/Eureka Development to proceed as
proposed The more tightly you pack people together, the more problems are
generated
3 There has been a lot of stealIng and lootmg m and around the property that I lIve
on It IS the old dauy barn site We have had several Items disappear from the
property and my son's car was stolen a whlle back We do not need more people

I have lIved at my current address for qUIte some now Pnor to IIvmg at 5500 Hlghbanks
Road, I lIved In and around the Sprmgfield area most of my adult life I am concerned
that the City feels that they have to bUIld on every piece of land There needs to be some
land and trees left for the City to be the City of Spnngfield Do not make the City of
SpnngfieldJust a bunch ofbUlldmgs With lIttle or any open spaces and trees
