The fo11ow1ng 1tems were found 1n need of repa1r or replacement to conform
w1th Un1form Hous1ng Code standards as adopted by the C1ty of Sprlngfle1d
All e1ectr1ca1 wlrlng 1S of a two-W1re type, therefore, all receptacles
must be of a two-wlre,non-grounded type, all three-wlre grounded type
shall be replaced
2 The receptacle by the range has reversed po1arlty.
All work shall be performed accordlng to app11cab1e codes and 1nspected
before a Certlflcate of Comp11ance w111 be 1ssued
