1. Repair and replace bad pipe and wires on log haul.
2. Replace J box and repair conduits under cut off saw.

6. Secondary of lighting transformer is not grounded.

7. What appears to be ground wire under cut-off saw is loose. Did not find a
ground rod.
Remove or repair all broken conduits on barker conveyor system.
Secure conduits to bark bin.
Secure conduit to bark conveyor motor.
Replace cover on range recp. in chipper shed.
Label breakers in lighting panel for loads.
Cannot see transformer secondary ground at chipper center.
Secure conduits that are loose and bent under chipper conveyor.
Replace covers on boxes.
Secure conduit on west side of log haul to mill.
Seal all open KO's.
At head rig M.C.C. replace cover and KO seals in 4-S box.
Replace broken flex to motor for little log haul.
Receptacles in filing room all have re~~r~~d polarity

4-0 cover must be replaced near tank ,up.de,:r"fuill.
Much E.M.T. conduit thru plant is pulled apart or b'ent should be re1)laced with
rigid steel conduit.
