NC . . l~s>1f 8-20-68 / . , J Joe Reeves Chief Building Inspector Hal Fleck Director of Pub lic Works Sanitary Sewer hookup for Tax Lot 7300 (lots 6 & 7, block 27, Emerald Height!) fronting on Crest Lane. xx xx " , Subject property belongs to Larson Wright 660 Level Lane There is a sanitary sewer in both Crest Lane and Level Lane but due to the terrain the Crest Lane sewer CDnnot be reached and therefore it is necessar.y to 'serve said Tax Lot 73()O from the Leve 1 Lane sewer. , Mr. Wtight has provided the city with an easement across his Tax lot 6600 (lot 15) and 'the Engineering Division will stake same on the ground. \ Mr. t..7right has been advised that he may now ohtain a hookup permit and install a 6 inch 1D line (within the easement) with a 'y' and 1/8 bend connection to the existing sewer and a cleanout at the end of the 6 inch line located approximately 15 feet within Tax lot 7300. This to be done by his contractor at Mr. \1righl's expense and inspected by the Building Division. This line will then be turned over to the City for maintenance. We have not been able to ascertain definite assessments to the properties in this area. However, it iE believed that these sewers were constructed by the subdivider to serve these par- ticular properties and therefore no additional assessment to this Tax lot 7300 is required.
