RE: Notice And Order To Comply'With Springfield.
. City Zoning Ordinance' Number 3586 .
Dear Sirs:
The two existing trailers on your property at 3515 and 3515 1/2 Commercial
. Avenue are in viblation of the Springfield Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance,
Section 20.08 (copy attached).
One of the trailers must be removed. The other may be retained by application
to the Springfield Planning Commission for a Conditional Use Permit as
outl ined in" Ordinance Number 3586 (copy attached). If this procedure is.
not followed, both the trailers must .be moved from your property by 30 days
from the date of th is, 1 etter.
Unless you comply with these requirements or show cause why they should not
. be complied with~ further action will be taken under the codes of the
City of Springfield, Oregon.
