Notice and Order to Comply with
the Trailer Compliance Agreement
for 3515 Commercial
Dear Mrs. Vaughn:
On May 20, 1976, the Building Division notified you of a possible
violation of your Trailer'Permit Compliance Agreement. We have received
no reply to that communicati6n, ,although a recent investigation reveaied
that in April, 1976, the Frank Hale family moved their trailer onto that
portion of Y00rproperty listed as 3515 Commercial. Records available
to us indicate that the previous resident was Wilbert Treanor.
As described in therrailer Compliance Agreement (attached), a change
in ownership and/or occupancy of a trailer or mobile home ,is cause for
terminating the Agreement. This, therefore, is your notice that the
Trailer Compliance Agreement for 3515 Cbmmerc~al has be~n terminated,
and you are her~by ordered ~oremove the tfailer now located at that
address by no later than September 30, 1976. No other trailers or
mobile homes may be ,moved'onto this site.

Our records indicate that no violation has occurred at 3515~ Commercial.
