HE': PROPOSED MOBll.E OFFICE
Dear Mr. Pleger:
We would like to address some of your concems regarding a mobile office
at the west end of our p~operty.
The mobile office meets all construction requirements and will be
positioned on cement pads.
We will locate the building in conformance with the required setback.
A minimuin of four (4) parking spaces will be black-topped.
We plan to tap the sewer line that runs west through the property. It
is located within 25 feet of the mobile office site.
The Springfield Utility Board will extend electrical. So.o. ".i.ce by adding
one power pole ~to. the north of the existing power line.
We currently have a two inch water line at the west side of the mill
and plan to extend this line to service the office.
We hope this helps you in your evaluation. As we discussed yesterday,
