17023121, Tax Lot 02700 was assigned an incorrect address at the time of your construction plan
submittal.' The address assigned at that time was 3600 Commercial Street, Springfield, Oregon.
Em~rgency Services recently notificd mc that your ncw building's addrcss was out of numerical sequence.
The new address assigned to the property is.3500 Commercial Street.
