I've attached the deed, recorded March 7, 1969, that descrIbes the south portIOn ofTL 200 as a separate lot My questIOn IS,
does thIs lot meet the CrIterIa of the CIty'S defimtlOn of a 'legal lot'? The City of Eugene Code defines a legal lot as "A lot of
record that has boundary lInes that were establIshed (A) Through a partItion or subdivIsIOn procedure, or (B) By a deed that
was sIgned before AprIl 2, 1962" Agam, we are not creatmg a separate lot, It already eXISts, but I would lIke to confirm that
the legal lot status IS not applIcable m thIS case or that It IS a legal lot Also, for future reference, what IS the City'S defimtlOn of
a'legallot'?
