Poage's Parking Study (See attached Hemo). No additional parking spaces are required for the mixed-use scenario identified on the first page of Mr. Saul's February 13, 1987 letter to Greg Yinterowd. A proposal to use this building as a restaurant or a recreation facility would require a new Parking Study because the parking demand for such uses is 1 per 100 square feet. '<;."
