My name is Geremiah Roberts,and I am the owner of Go Contracting LLC,representing GS
Enterprises Oregon LLC.We are excited to present a new opportunity for our town,Springfield:
the development of six affordable townhouses on a currently vacant property.
Our goal is to transform this empty lot into a vibrant space that can provide new homes for six
families,adding value and revitalizing a neighborhood that has seen limited growth in recent
years.The property,located on a 0.24-acre lot in an R-1 zoning district,allows for a minimum of
6 units per net acre,with a maximum of 25 units per net acre.We believe this development will
not only meet housing needs but also contribute to the community's overall growth and
prosperity.
