LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Commencing at the Northeast corner of that certain tract or parcel of land conveyed to the State of
Oregon by the City of Springfield, Lane County, Oregon, on or April 28, 1936, and described in that
certain deed recorded May 7, 1936, in Book 186, Page 249, Lane County Oregon Deed records, in the
Office of the County Clerk of Lane County, Oregon; thence Southerly along the East boundary line of said
tract or parcel of land described in said deed so recorded a distance of 900 feet, more or less, to the
Northwest corner of that certain public park of the City of Springfield, Lane County, Oregon, described in
and established by Ordinance No. 640 of the City of Springfield, duly passed by the Common Council of
the sat City of Springfield on July 10, 1939, and approved by the Mayor of said City of said date; thence
East along the North boundary line of said public park a distance of 532.66 feet, more or less, to the West
boundary line of that certain County Road known as Seavey Road; thence North along said West
boundary line of said Seavey Road to a point of intersection of said West boundary line od Seavey Road
and the South right of way line of the right of way of the O. & C. R.R. Co., thence Westerly along South
right of way line of said O. & C. R.R. Co., to the place of beginning, all being in Lane County, State of
Oregon.
EXCEPT: All that portion dedicated to the City of Springfield, by document recorded August 14, 2023,
Reception No. 2023-023429, Lane County Deed Records, in Lane County, Oregon.
