Questions:
1. Can land use division be conducted either during or after construction?
2. Where will SUB want us to locate utilities?
3. Does our project fall under Middle Housing, Cluster Development or another type of process? Will any of these
processes involve a public review process?
4. Is there a maximum dimension or percentage of street frontage for the combined width of the two driveways?
5. Can the O&M for the soakage trench be registered with the original lot in its new function as parent lot with
individual access easements for each of (3) new lots?
