May 28, 2024 P a g e | 2 Letter Addressing Conditions of Approval 1. Prior to Final Plat approval, the applicant must contact SUB Electric to determine the necessary electrical system improvements and necessary PUE size. The applicant must provide written correspondence from SUB detailing steps taken. Any agreed upon easements must be updated on the Final plat submittal accordingly. SUB Electric has been contacted, and agreed upon easements are shown on the plat, and recorded by separate document. Written correspondence is submitted with this application packet. 2. Prior to Final Plat approval, the developer will update the plans to provide a suitable shared (private) utility access to all lots for the proposed partition. It should be located concurrent with the existing shared access easement as the utility access points, currently under construction, are all located in the same area as the shared access easement. A copy of the recorded easement must be provided at the time of Final Plat submittal. A Shared Access and Utility Easement for all lots in the partition will be submitted.
