TYSON PARK DIM MEETING QUESTIONS
1. Apart from site plan review, are there likely any other land use applications required (aside from
permits related to construction)
2. Drainage of some areas of the park is an issue. Would we be allowed to connect to the City
stormwater system in E Street if required?
3. What storm water requirements may be necessary internally to the site to drain larger
impervious areas such as around the picnic shelter? Can run off be directed into landscape
areas?
4. The project will be bid with several bid alternates. If the budget does not allow construction of
some or all of the alternates, and these alternates have been shown on the plans approved as
part of the site plan review, how does Willamalane meet the requirements of the site plan
review if all components of the park are not constructed due to budget constraints?
5. If existing sidewalks in the park are in reasonable condition and could be retained because they
are not near areas proposed for renovation, but are slightly out of ADA compliance for cross
slope (2.5% max), do those sections of sidewalk still need to be replaced?
