questions:DIM
September 20, 2024
1. Is the City of Springfield offering any financial incentives for developing high
density housing?
2. Does the proposed fire truck hammerhead design meet the intention of the
design criteria?
3. We have proposed one fire hydrant. Will this meet the quantity and necessary
spacing from building? What is the required minimum flow in gpm for hydrants?
4. Based on data near the site, it is likely infiltration is feasible for stormwater
discharge. What storm event is required to be fully infiltrated? Will stormwater
overflow be allowed into the stormwater pipe constructed with the apartments to
the east?
5. Will one domestic water meter be sufficient for all domestic water on the property
and all apartment units?
