Proposal is to rezone property for commercial use and utilize building for a Chiropractic practice office. Application submittal for a MINOR VARIANCE to increase required zoning distance to closest commercially zoned property as follows: City requirement/codes determine that the majority of the building must be located within 100 feet (plus any public RIGHT OF WAY) of the closest commercial lot — that being lot #10300 located south and west down the shared alley. BUILDING AREA IS RECORDED at 3878 SF Shared alley is 16 feet wide plus 100 feet = 116 feet.
