Development Initiation Meeting Narrative
To whom it may concern:
Thank you in advance for meeting with us to discuss our plans to develop a site on 1510 Mohawk Blvd, Springfield,
OR 97477. Below are the questions for our Development Initiation Meeting:
●We are potentially interested in developing an oil service shop here and understand the current zoning
requirements prohibit this. What would the rezoning process to Community Commercial look like?
●Another potential use for the site is a quick service restaurant (QSR) or drive-through restaurant. What are
the development standards for drive-throughs? Are there any conditional approval processes?
Sincerely,
Ryan Ramey
