STATUTORY BARGAIN AND SALE DEED RECORDED SEPTEMBER 22, 2022, AS
DOCUMENT NO. 2022-040226, LANE COUNTY DEEDS AND RECORDS, INTO TWO
NEW PARCELS.
RECORD MONUMENTS SET PER ASTER CONDOMINIUM, FILE 73, SLIDES 358-359,
LANE COUNTY OREGON PLAT RECORDS, WERE RECOVERED IN THE FIELD IN THE
FORM OF 518 -INCH IRON REBAR AT ALL CORNERS, EXCEPT THE INTERNAL
SOUTHERN ELL. THE EXISTING MONUMENTS WERE HELD FOR THE CORNERS OF
THE PARENT PARCEL AS THEY MATCH THE SAID DEED AND SURVEY RECORDS
VERY WELL.
THE NEW LINE WAS MONUMENTED AT THE OWNERS REQUEST AND IN
COMPLIANCE WITH CITY OF SPRINGFIELD PLANNING ACTION NO.
811-23-000261-TYP2.
