THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF CONSTRUCTING A CUTTING-EDGE SINGLE-STORY
CAR WASH BUILDING SPANNING 4,999 SQUARE FEET. THE PROJECT
ENCOMPASSES THREE ACCESS POINTS OFF THE SHARED DRIVEWAY, THE
CREATION OF AN ASPHALT-PAVED PARKING LOT, THAT INCLUDES EMPLOYEE
PARKING AND SERVICE VACUUM STATIONS. THE SCOPE ALSO INCLUDES THE
INSTALLATION OF ESSENTIAL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES; SUCH AS WATER,
SANITARY SEWER, ELECTRIC, GAS, AND COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE.
TO ADDRESS ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS, STATE-OF-THE-ART
STORMWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES WILL BE INTEGRATED, AS WELL AS

GENERAL NOTES
1. THIS SITE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE WELLHEAD PROTECTION AREA MAP ON FILE
IN THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT. A 5-YEAR TIME OF TRAVEL
ZONE (TOTZ) TO DRINKING WATER WELLHEAD HAS BEEN DETERMINED FOR THIS
SITE. DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IS ANTICIPATED TO BE SIMILAR TO
THOSE PRACTICES AT THE CHICK-FIL-A (CFA) PAD SITE. HAPPY CAR WASH
USES CLEANING, SANITIZING THAT ARE EPA-REGISTERED PRODUCTS. CLEANING
SOLVENTS, DEGREASERS AND OTHER CLEANING CHEMICALS ARE DISPOSED
OF IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S LABEL, SAFETY DATA
SHEETS, AND LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS. THROUGH DAILY USE,
CLEANING CHEMICALS ARE DISPOSED OF IN THE SANITARY SEWER IN DILUTED
FORMS. SHOULD BULK CONTAINERS NEED TO BE DISPOSED OF, THE
CONTAINERS WILL BE TAKEN TO A PERMITTED LOCAL HAZARDOUS WASTE
RECYCLING FACILITY.
3. ALL DEMOLITION WORK TO BE PERFORMED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
PREVIOUS DEMOLITION REMOVED EXISTING HOTEL AND RESTUARANT. ANY
REMAINING DEMOLITION IS EXPECTED TO BE MINIMAL INCLUDING PAVING AND
