CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1 – AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING WILLAMALANE PARK AND
RECREATION DISTRICT’S 2023 PARK AND RECREATION COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AS
THE RECREATION ELEMENT OF THE SPRINGFIELD COMPREHENSIVE PLAN,
AMENDING THE EUGENE-SPRINGFIELD METROPOLITAN AREA GENERAL PLAN TO
REPEAL THE 2012 PARK AND RECREATION COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND TO ADD
REFERENCE TO THE SPRINGFIELD COMPREHENSIVE PLAN RECREATION ELEMENT,
ADOPTING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
