Date: Signature Owner: Print 5.16.24 SIMON DAWS Jasper Slough Wildlife Viewing Platform In accordance with the Tentative Site Plan Review staff report and decision, I confirm that Willamalane will comply with the Conditions of Approval as laid out in the report. Namely, Willamalane will apply for a Land and Drainage Alteration Permit prior to start of construction, and also a structural permit for the platform.
