A ventilation system will be installed for emergency exhaust and temperature control. Our plan is to install upgraded, new refrigeration equipment to be placed in the existing warehouse building; a pipe bridge will run from the existing processing plant to connect to the new equipment in the warehouse. A painted pipe bridge will be engineered and installed from the existing piping in the production area to the new vessels. Installation of the new refrigeration system, engine room, and pipe bridge to replace the obsolete refrigerant currently in use. Once the new system is online and tied in, the old system will be demolished and taken away. We anticipate the noise that is currently an issue for the neighborhood to decrease once the equipment is installed in the warehouse. Also, new equipment is rated at lower decibels than what is there currently. Given the noise concerns we will leave the Sound Wall panels that are currently on-site in place as an extra protection against any noise. This project and plan will be done in one phase (no additional phases are required as we are only replacing equipment). There is no change to the footprint of the site. No grading or paving is required, and there is no landscaping that will be affected in this vicinity. There is no new lighting plan and no modification to the existing lighting. Attached is a revised set of drawings for Permit as requested by the Site Plan Committee, I have added an existing site plan without any of the proposed additions shown, as requested. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank you!
