APPOINT SPRINGFIELD HISTORY MUSEUM ADVISORY COMMITTEE

REQUESTED:
Appoint Jennifer Eisele to a full four-year term, ending December 31, 2028.
ISSUE
STATEMENT:
The Springfield History Museum Advisory Committee has 2 vacant positions as of
January 1, 2024, due to exit of Committee members Zak Gosa-Lewis and Kira
Leslie.
One application was received for the two open positions. Jennifer Eisele was
interviewed on March 11, 2024. Council gave direction to appoint Ms. Eisele.

DISCUSSION/
FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
The City received one application during the recruitment period which closed on
February 26, 2024. The Committee still has one open position.
The Museum Committee requests that the Council formally ratify the appointment
of Jennifer Eisele to a full four-year term ending December 31, 2028 at the April 1,
2024 Regular Session.
