The building is proposed to be approximately 10,076 square feet. Our improvements will include parking, utility connections, pedestrian pathways, stormwater management facilities, and landscaping. The function of the facility includes the main building area that will function for customer interaction, tire storage, equipment storage, and drive through lanes that will serve as the location for service of vehicles. The developed area of the site will be 1.14 acres and will provide vehicular and pedestrian circulation to the adjacent commercial developments. Questions: Are there any glaring issues present on the site plan that are in conflict with the code? Will we be allowed to get trip credits for past use? What permit approvals are required to break ground and begin development? What does the permit review process look like and what are the expected/ typical timetables at each stage? Are there any expected infrastructure near our location that is to be updated or public infrastructure that will be installed that will require coordination with our site development?
