THE PURPOSE FOR THE PROPERTY UNE ADJUSTMENT IS TO ADJUST THE LINE BETWEEN LOTS 2 AND 3 SO THAT THE EXISTING HOUSE LOCATION IS ONLY LOCATED ON ONE LOT. SEARCH IN THE FIELD RECOVERED 5/8" IRON RODS AT THE NORTHWEST AND NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2. 1 DID NOT FIND A MAP IN THE COUNTY SURVEY RECORDS THAT SHOW WHERE THESE CAME FROM SO I AM ASSUMING THEY WERE SET AS PART OF THE EMERALD HEIGHTS PLAT. I HELD THESE IRON RODS FOR THE NORTHWEST AND NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2. 1 HELD 1 " IRON ROD AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 6 FOR LINE AS PER C.S. 43685 BY RYAN M. ERICKSON. I THEN COMPUTED THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 6 HOLDING SAID 1 " IRON ROD AND A LINE PERPENDICULAR WITH THE WEST AND EAST UNE OF BLOCK 1. 1 SET THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 3 AT SINGEL PROPORTIONATE POSITION BETWEEN CORNER LOCATIONS 1 AND 2 USING RECORD PLAT DIMENSIONS. I SET THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 3 AT SINGLE PROPORTIONATE POSITION BETWEEN CORNER LOCATIONS 3 AND 4 USING RECORD PLAT DIMENSIONS. THE NEW PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT UNE IS A FREE LINE AS DESIRED BY THE CLIENT. THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED USING A TRIMBLE R12 GPS SYSTEM IN RTK MODE. BASIS OF BEARINGS BEARINGS ARE BASED ON GPS SURVEY MEASUREMENTS USING THE WGS 1984 ELLIPSOID AND A TRANSVERSE MERCATOR MAPPING PROJECTION WITH THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS: ORIGIN OF LATITUDE = 44'03'1 8.91747"N ORIGIN OF LONGITUDE = 123'0149.09115"W SCALE FACTOR = 1.000000000 Inc. - SHEET 1 OF 1 W.O.
