THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STORAGE BUILDING AT
THE SLOW SAND FILTRATION PLANT FOR SPRINGFIELD UTILITY BOARD. THE
DEVELOPMENT WILL CONSIST OF GRAVEL AND CONCRETE PAVING WITH
ASSOCIATED UTILITIES FOR THE PROPOSED BUILDING INCLUDING STORMWATER
UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS, ELECTRICAL CONDUIT, AND A WATER SERVICE LINE TO
SUPPLY A HOSE BIB ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE.
