This letter is needed to complete a Zoning determination Application to ultimately receive a signed Community Acknowledgement Form from Lane County. The letter shall indicate that the city's floodway regulation has been compiled with. The section of code we are asking clarification under is SDC 3.3.425, Floodplain Overlay District Administration, subsection (C)(3)(c). This property is under the City's coning jurisdiction and has inadvertently been included in the floodway.
