ISSUE STATEMENT: Eugene Springfield Fire (ESF) staff will provide updates on the following topics: Impacts and service coordination related to the Ambulance Patient Offload Times (APOT) and University District Emergency Room closure, ESF Governance Review Panel process and status, Ambulance System Redesign, Staffing and 2023 call volume.
