I made an inspecEion of the existing gltr-lam beam over the front office/1obby area Eo
determine the extent of damage due Lo recent. fire exposure. My inspection revealed
that the beam was only subject to some surface char which has been removed. The
splits or checking in rhe beim are not related to the fire exposure and are normal for
ti.,i" type of beam. I found no indication of fai lure in this beam due to load or
deflection. Therefore, I believe the beam is in serviceable condition'
