Mr. and Mrs. Gielish have connected the dwelling to the sanitary sewer as required by Roy Bordeauxrs Decenber 4, 1981 letter and your February 2, 1982 fo11ow-up letter (copies attached), but have not pumped and fil1ed the septic tank as also was required by those letters. Perhaps, a 2nd letter from your office would be appropriate in a case such as this where partial compliance has been obtained. 2)184 North 19th - Vlolation of Sections 5-1-1 (5) (a) and (e) of the City Code, has been taken. Please send a letter. NOTE: You sent an April 5, 1982 letter with regard to this violation to a Bruce Scheidman who is not the current owner (copies of letters attached). 3)1247 ttctt Street - Violation of 22.05 of the Zoning Code, i1Iega1 fence. Application for the May 6, 1982 meeting has not been submitted nor has the fence been corrected (copy of ny letter to the resident attached). 4)138 Main Street - Violation of Section 2-7-4 of the City Code, sidewalk repair. Enclosed is the entire file on the damaged sidewalk abutting D. G J. Furniture Store,138 Main Street. As you know, Mr. Drews has not repaired the sidewalk and has verbally stated that he does not intend to. Please initiate the ap- propriate action in order to secure compliance. s)2325 "G" Street - Violation of Sections 5-1-1 (3) (b) and (d) of the city code, used materials in pu blic view. Mr. Royce Burian has cardboard boxes, used furniture, and appliances in public vi.ew on his property at the above referenced address. In September of 1979; after completing the entire abatement process with no compliance, Mr. Burian was cited to appear before Municipal Court for a similar violation as stated above. Ir'lr. Burian was found guilty and fined but would be given a suspended sentence if his property was found to be in compliance within one week from the court hearing.
