The structure vas found to be ln violation of the Sprlngfield Houslng Code. The following items are required to be repaired and/or replaced. AII appropriate permits sha1l be obtained prior to beginning vork, and all required repairs and/or replacements are requlred to be completed by 30 days from the date of thls letter. Structural Due to the amount of dryrot in the outside stairvay, the stairway must either be repaired or replaced. 1 2 The roof must be repaired in order to prevent infiltratlon of moisture into the structure. Electrical 1. The City of Springfield Building Safety Code Chapter 10, Section 101 (b)9 provides in part that all required lighting be rfmaintained in good condition and safe manner.rr The lights in the garage area and the front porch light are not vorking. Plumbing 1. The tub trap and overflov leak lnto the bottom floor creating an unsanitary condl t ion. The toilet base is inadequately secured to the floor. The faucet on the lavatory in the bathroom is broken and is leaking. The faucet must be either replace or repaired. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation.
