We propose to install- a six foot talt fence made of 1 " by 4" cedar
f ente boards in f ront of the Bl-ack Horse Trail-er Park. The f ence
wil-l- be erected on the inside edge of the sidewal-k, which,
according to Mr. Large, is located five feet back from the property
line.
