Dear Hr. Berry:
The Springfield Building Code Administrative Code provides that in
order for a permit to remain valid, the vork vhich has been authorlzed
by the permit must begin vithin 180 days of the date of issuance, and
an inspection must be requested at least every 180 days in order foryour permit to remain valid.
Aceording to our recordsr you obtained an electricar permit on June15, 1989. To date, an inspection has not been requested.
This letter is to notify you that your permits have expired and inorder to complete your projeetr rou must obtain nev peimits prior tocontinuing your vork.
Prease notify this office vithin ten (10) days from the date of thisretter to indicate your intentions for the completion or ir,e pro5ect.
