TERM LEASE BETWEEN SEDA AND THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD FOR SEDA-OWNED
PROPERTY AT 765 A STREET, TO FACILITATE CITY SUBLEASE TO ST. VINCENT DE
PAUL OF LANE COUNTY FOR USE AS AN EMERGENCY WARMING SHELTER.
