ISSUE STATEMENT: The owner of C+T Enterprizes Inc. has requested the City Council to endorse its OLCC Liquor License Application. ATTACHMENTS: 1: OLCC Liquor License Application. DISCUSSION/ FINANCIAL IMPACT: The license endorsement for C+T Enterprizes Inc., DBA: Northgate Liquor is for New Outlet with Off Premises Sales. Council previously approved an application on October 2nd, 2023, as an Additional Privileges with Off Premises Sales. "Common area" is a privately owned area where two or more parties (property tenants) have permission to use the area in common.
