SPRINGFIELD ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
HELD MONDAY FEBRUARY 27, 2023
The Springfield Economic Development Agency (SEDA) met in person and via Zoom on Monday,
February 27th at 7:38 p.m., Chair Pishioneri presiding.
CALL TO ORDER
Chair Pishioneri called the meeting to order at 7:44 pm with roll call. A quorum was present.
ATTENDANCE
Present were Chair Joe Pishioneri, Vice Chair Kori Rodley, Board Members Sean VanGordon, Michelle
Weber, Steve Moe, David Loveall, and Victoria Doyle.
STAFF PRESENT
City Recorder AJ Nytes, Assistant City Manager Niel Laudati, City Manager Nancy Newton and Staff
Liaison Allie Camp.
CONSENT CALENDAR

2. RESOLUTIONS
MOTION: Vice Chair Rodley moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Board Member
Webber with a vote of 7 for 0 Against.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

NEW BUSINESS
1. Glenwood Real Property Transaction – Track Town Holdings Properties
Ms. Allie Camp presented this item to the board.
MOTION: Vice Chair Rodley moved to authorize the City Manager to enter into the sale and purchase of
said properties with the following changes: remove the right of salvage removal for the homes located on
the property, seconded by Board Member Moe with a vote of 7 for 0 against.
