395 North 36th Street , Springfield, Oregon. To date,
the plans and required permits for this construction have not beed obtained.
Ttre Springfield E-rilding Safety Codes A&ninistrative Oode states that "Applications for
utrich no permit is issued within 180 days foltowing the date of application sha1l e<pire
by lirnitation, and plans and other data sr:brnitted for revisr nny thereafter be returned
to the applicant or destroyed by the Building Official." Ttre Code further states that,
"Ttre Building Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period
not exceedins 180 days upon request by the applicant showing that circunstances beyond
the control of the applicant have prevented action frmt being taken. No application
sha11 be extended nrcre thaJl once. In order to renew action on ar application after
erpiration, the applicant shall resubmit plans and pay a new plan review fee."
