MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE
SPRINGFIELD ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
HELD MONDAY JUNE 12th, 2023
The Springfield Economic Development Agency (SEDA) met in person and via Zoom on
Monday, June 12th at 7:30 p.m., Board Chair Pishioneri presiding.
CALL TO ORDER
Chair Pishioneri called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. with roll call. A quorum was present.
ATTENDANCE
Present were Board Chair Joe Pishioneri, Vice Chair Kori Rodley, Board Members:
Sean VanGordon, Steve Moe, Michelle Webber, Beth Blackwell, David Loveall, and
Victoria Doyle.
STAFF PRESENT
City Recorder AJ Nytes, Assistant City Manager Niel Laudati, Neil Obringer, Kristina Kraaz,
and Staff Liaison Allie Camp.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Minutes- None.
2. Resolutions- None.
COMMUNICATIONS

PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Neil Obringer presented the FY23 Supplemental Budget 3.
The public hearing was opened at 7:34 p.m. There were no public comments, and the
hearing was closed.

MOTION: Vice Chair Rodley made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 1, seconded by
Member Loveall. Vote passed unanimously, 7 for 0 against.
2. Nathan Bell presented the Fiscal Year 2023/2024 SEDA Budget Adoption.
The public hearing was opened at 7:35 p.m. There were no public comments, and the
hearing was closed.
MOTION: Vice Chair Rodley made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2, seconded by
Member Webber. Vote passed unanimously, 7 for 0 against.

ADJOURNMENT
Meeting was adjourned by Chair Pishioneri at 7:37 p.m.
