1. There is no development associated with this annexation. This property has a failing septic
system and is required to connect to sewer from SUB. Our client was told that they can start the
process to connect to SUB as soon as the DIM meeting occurs. Is this true?
2. If this isn't true, how soon can they start connecting to SUB sewer?
3. Since this is a single lot with no plans for partition or subdivision, are all steps necessary in this
application other than no public meeting?
4. What are the annexation fees for the property and is there any way to reduce those fees?
