1. Systems development charges will apply and are estimated at $7,200
2. There is a fee for accessing the sewer in front of your house, that fee is called Sewer in lieu of
assessment and it is estimated at $6,361.
3. There is an existing sewer stub at the northeast corner of your property, sewer installation will
require a plumbing permit and installation of cleanout-a detail for that is included in this
response.
