Hi Patti and Danyl, thanks fon joining in the discussion this afternoon and we hope
it wasn't too
overwhelming with a1l the infonmation and process steps being discussed. Attached
ane some
information and action items for you that were discussed at the meeting:
* A copy of the sewer as-built plan for the neighbonhood showing the latenal
installed to a point
just inside the northeast corner of your pnopenty.{'< A calculation sheet for the System Development Changes (SDCs) estimated fon
the pnoject. As
we discussed, this could change slightty depending on the overall numben and type of
plumbing
fixtunes in youn house.* A detail sheet fon installation of a sewen cleanout when the connection is
made between the
latenal and youn house.* An agreement for annexation and sewer hookup. This will need to be signed
by you and then
executed by the City before any plumbing permits can be issued for this pnoject.
Penmit
issuance also wiII be dependent on payment of applicable SDCs and sewer fees
(estimated at
appnoximately $14, 45O) .

State of Oregon. City

Based on oun discussion staff recommends the immediate next steps should be as
follows:
L) Review and sign the agreement fon annexation and sewen hookup. Contact the

is scheduled within 7
business days of application submittal. Contact the staff planner Andy Limbind by

The overall intent is to pnovide the penmits necessany fon the house to be connected
to City sewer at the
eanliest opportunity. The City will process the annexation application more on less
concunrently,
although it takes sevenal months to complete and shouldn't be finalized until well
after the sewen
connection is installed. hle will prepane the link fon today's meeting and send it
