Planning Notes:
1. Current assessed value of Tax Lot402 is $329,683 (2022).
2. Approximately 0.96 acres of Tax Lot 405 is to be annexed and the vacant 2.53-acre
tax lot has an assessed value of $24,276 (2022). Staff calculates the assessed value
as 0.9612.53 x $24,276 = $9,zLL.45.
3. Utilities are discussed in the narrative but no proposed utility plan was submitted.
4. An annexation agreement will be required for this request and this will be prepared
by staff.
Additional comments not related to the completeness of the application:. Legal description should meet Oregon Department of Revenue requirements with
numbered courses labeled on the cadastral map and matching numbered courses in
the legal description.

This is not a decision on your application. The pre-submittal checklist is valid for 180
days and is intended to assistthe applicant in preparing a complete annexation submittal.
The annexation process begins when all the required information and fees are submitted in
accordance with SDC 5 .7-L25 and this checklist. Annexation requests are not subject to the
120-day processing period for limited land use decisions. Therefore, missing or incomplete
information will delay the annexation process and possibly require additional fees payable to
the City if the new information is submitted after the Notification to Surrounding Property
Owners is sent out and a second notification is required, or if the new information
substantially affects the annexation proposal and additional review is required.
I, the owner/applicant, intend to submit all required items indicated herein to the
City within the l8o-day timeline.
