RE: Cherry Springs Tree Felling Permit
Ms. Bishow,
We have held our internal meeting to discuss the proposed Tree Felling for Cherry Springs and have deemed
the application complete. We will issue public notice early next week and process the application as proposed
SDC 5.L.435 states that the applicant must post 1 sign on the subject property that is located within 10 feet of
any abutting public way.
I have created four placards that must be posted on site; one along 48th and one at the end of B, Beaver, and C
Streets. They are available at the counter or let me know if I need to mailthem out to someone locally.
