The Bonneville Porver Administration (BPA) has had the opportunity to review the above
requsst for land use action w"ithin the above described properl!'. After researching BPA records.
it does not appear that the proposed activity wiil occur within or adjacent to a BPA transmission
Iine easement area. Accordingly, BPA does not have any objections to the approval of this
request at this time.
