I have a couple of hours invested, and we discussed it in the Pre-DRC meeting today. Unfortunately the cancellation
request didn't get noticed until after the pre-DRC participants spent about 20 minutes discussing the site. I don't know
how much time others have contributed but I think it's too late for a full refund at this point. Maybe 5O%?
