The recommended findings and conditions outlined below are provided for your use in preparing the land-use decision. SANITARY SEWER Finiing: This development does not require sanitary sewer service and does not interfere with any existing sanitary sewer. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT Finding: This development does not increase impervious area or alter existing stormwater runoff PUBLIC STREETS. SIDEWALKS & IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS Ftnding: the proposed location of the meter pedestal will be in the active driveway for the business at 5390 Main and presents a clear hazard to the travelling public. It is also very likely to be hit and damaged frequently in the proposed location. Condition: The applicant will show the meter pedestal to be located outside the driveway area to 5390 main and no further toward the travelled way of 54ft St ROW than the pole itself is. The pedestal should be located to the north or west of the pole. Finding: There is a non-conforming streetlight located on the light pole to be replaced. The existing streetlight is oriented at an angle to the interior private parking lot of the business at 5390 Main. Condition: The applicant will show on the final site plan that this existing street light head will be replaced with a LED fixture that meets current City of Springfield standards for street lighting. Current City requirements for the street light head are included in this response. Condition: The applicant will show on the final site plan the street light head (luminaire) to be oriented perpendicular to the center line of 54ft St projecting toward the centerline.
