The recommended findings and conditions outlined below are provided for your use in preparing the land-use decision. SANITARY SEWER Finding: This development does not require sanitary sewer service and does not interfere with any existing sanitary sewer. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT Finding: This development does not increase impervious area or alter existing stormwater runoff. PUBLIC STREETS, SIDEWALKS & TMPBAYEN4ENT AGREEI\4EIITS Finding: the proposed location of the meter pedestal will be in the active driveway for the business at 5390 Main and presents a clear hazard to the travelling public. It is also very likely to be hit and damaged frequently in the proposed location. Condition: The applicant will show the meter pedestal to be located outside the driveway area to 5390 main and no further toward the travelled way of 54th St ROW than the pole itself is. The pedestal should be located to the north or west of the pole. OTTTER NOTE: The intent of this list is to give a developer insight about requirements related to public improvements before they develop their property.
