Hello Meredith and Martha,
l'm beginning to write up the MDS for the SUB utility pole on 54th Street near 160 54th Street and have a lot of conflicting
information between paperwork and plans. lt is an existing wood utility pole with overhead power and a private SUB
lightlightingtheparkinglotoftheconveniencestore. Thephotosimulationshowsareplacementwoodpolewitha
private SUB light for the parking lot using existing overhead power but the plans call for a Smartstack with a street light
and underground power, while the Signage and mitigation Plan callforwood utility pole with private light and overhead
power.
o Could you please verify the replacement type of pole, light and power source (overhead or underground)
. Resubmit consistent plans for the pole type, lighting and power consistently through the entire submittal.
