Occupancy needs to be verified with following questions:
How many children are under care?
Ages of children?
Typical hours of operation? (24-hour?)
Group E (305 OSSC) may qualify as Group R3 if 5 or fewer children, meets 1&2-Family
code at time of construction, Section 420.11 of OSSC and ch 11 of OSSC is required to
be met.
Group l-4 (308.5.5) Child Care in a dwelling- registered or certified family childcare
facility (ORS 3294), in detached 1&2 family R-3, Sec 420.11 and Ch 11 in OSSC required
to be met.
Group R3 1 & 2 Family Home: See bulleting from BCD for Temporary Rules.
